To cut or not to cut...

I meant to get Lucas's hair cut over a month ago. Then I got sick. Then he got sick with a bad ear infection that really hurt when anyone touched his ear. So I waited until it was better. Then I put it off some more. Now I think I kind of like the floppy, messy look on him. I'm considering having the kids' picture taken next month and I can't decide if I should get his hair cut before that or not.

(Sometimes he even needs a headband!)
