Summer!

It's the first day of summer! I give you some pictures from around our yard....

The crazy snapdragons that bloom until November.

My geranium hanging basket. I love the two shades of pink in it!

We have lots of pansies in containers.

Lots of vincas too. I love them for the shiny, dark green foliage and the flowers are so pretty.

Some of the lilies in the flower bed are open. They're taller than Brendan!

We had some volunteer strawberries come up next to the kids' sandbox. If we're quick, we get to the ripe berries before the birds do, but only one or two a day.
